When you grant permission, your device's location (latitude and longitude) is sent securely to our prayer-times server (api.onair.im) to calculate accurate Islamic prayer times for your location. This location data is:

• Transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection
• Used only to calculate prayer times for that single request
• Not linked to any user account or personal identity
• Not shared with any third party or advertiser
• Only requested while the app is open and permission is granted

Mosque Registration

If you register your mosque through our platform, we collect the information you provide in the registration form (mosque name, contact details, location, etc.). This information is used solely to set up your mosque's streaming access and is not shared with third parties.

No Account, No Tracking

OnAir IM does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the app. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use accounts, ads, or trackers. The app functions by:

• Streaming audio from stream.onair.im and quran.onair.im
• Fetching public "Now Playing" metadata from api.onair.im/now-playing
• Sending your device's location to api.onair.im/prayer-times to calculate prayer times - this location data is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties

3. Services We Use

OnAir IM communicates with the following services, all operated by us - no third-party data sharing occurs:

• Prayer Times API (api.onair.im): Receives latitude/longitude over HTTPS to calculate and return prayer schedules. Not linked to any user identity.
• Now Playing API (api.onair.im): Returns public broadcast metadata (Surah title, reciter name). No user data is sent.
• Audio Streams (stream.onair.im, quran.onair.im): Standard HTTPS audio streaming, no tracking or analytics.
• Database (database.onair.im): Used for mosque registrations and waitlist signups - only data you explicitly submit.

4. Your Privacy Rights

OnAir IM does not collect personal data, require accounts, or retain identifiable information. The only data transmitted is your device's location, sent solely to calculate prayer times and not linked to your identity.

5. Children's Privacy

OnAir IM does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app contains only audio streaming, Quran recitation, and prayer times - age-appropriate content with no data collection.

OnAir IM is an automated, AI-curated Islamic radio station. Programming - including nasheed, Islamic lessons, Quran recitation, and podcast segments - is sourced from publicly available RSS feeds, publicly hosted audio, and public content platforms. Scheduling, sequencing, and prayer-time integration are handled automatically by our systems; the underlying audio content itself is not produced by OnAir IM.

2. No Claim of Ownership

OnAir IM does not claim ownership or authorship of the nasheed, lessons, Quran recitations, or podcast episodes it broadcasts. All rights to this content remain with the original artists, reciters, scholars, and podcast producers. Where a source is known, we attribute it; where automated systems select content from a public feed, attribution follows what that feed itself provides.

3. Request Removal

If you are an artist, reciter, scholar, podcast producer, or rights holder and you would like your content removed from OnAir IM, contact us with:

• A link to, or clear description of, the specific audio file or episode
• A brief statement confirming you are the rights holder or their authorized representative

We will remove the identified content from our systems promptly, typically within 48 hours of a valid request, and will confirm removal by email.
